Its employees have had many years of experience in the operation and design of plants and processes covering the full range of process options for iron ore, diamonds, coal, gold, metals, uranium and manganese.

ProMet Engineers participate in the Engineers Australia Chartered Professional Engineer Status program. Graduates are enrolled on commencement and assigned a mentor to assist them through the competency based assessment for Chartered Status. The performance development program is linked to the Engineers Australia program to ensure that graduates are given appropriate skill development opportunities to complete requirements.
