All over the world, women are achieving remarkable success in the engineering field. Here, we celebrate their stories and share the passion these women show for the profession.
Many significant projects across the globe have come to fruition thanks to the work of women. These women prove that engineering is a profession suited to all people – and that all it takes to achieve success is hard work and a genuine love of the job.

"Our vision is that engineering becomes an inclusion profession, which values, supports and celebrates the contributions of women in the engineering team"
Women in Engineering (WiE) are a special interest group of Engineers Australia who are working to attract, retain, support and celebrate the achievements of female members within the profession. The group is also involved in a range of events conducted across the country.
